Steve is the Chief Executive Officer and lead litigation counsel for both The Alliance Legal Group PLLC and The Law Office of Steve C. Taylor, Esq. As lead litigation counsel, his focus is on managing the firm as well as overseeing all Bankruptcy and Personal Injury cases.
Mr. Taylor was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1990 and has represented clients to the United States Supreme Court as well as at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and is a member of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts. Steve also is President of Christian Rights Ministries, a faith-based ministry that defends and preserves God-given Inalienable Rights.
As a Kingdom Lawyer, Steve partners as an Allied Attorney and Honor Guard with the Alliance Defending Freedom since 2002, is a Participating Attorney with Liberty Counsel and an Affiliated Attorney with the Rutherford Institute. Steve Co-Pastors Trinity Christian Church of Suffolk, Virginia, and his passion is sharing Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and the hope for all who trust in Him.
Originally from north central Indiana, Emerald L. Frierson, Esq earned her bachelor of arts in International Studies from the University of Southern Indiana. After relocating to Virginia, she attended Regent University School of Law and obtained her juris doctor.
While attending law school, Emerald interned with the Justice Calls Foundation to help clients seeking asylum. She also worked as a third year practitioner with the Civil Litigation Clinic and the Hampton Public Defender's office.
Emerald is a qualified Guardian ad Litem for the representation of children and admitted to practice in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

David W. Cassidy, Esq has been a member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar for over 20 years. He grew up in Virginia Beach and graduated from Princess Anne High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, cum laude, from Saint Leo College and Juris Doctorate, with distinction, from The Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit School of Law.
Mr. Cassidy spent eight years with the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission and has extensive experience in the area of criminal defense.
David Cassidy, Esq
Kenny graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2013, where he was an editor for the University of Richmond Journal of Law and the Public interest.
Prior to that he earned his bachelor's degree in religion from Boston University. Kenny has experience in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense, and currently focuses his practice on representing our Bankruptcy clients.
