Dr. Mills is the chaplain of Christian Rights Ministries and holds a Ph.D. from Westminster Theological Seminary in Biblical Interpretation. He has been involved in a number of different ministries over the past thirty-five years, both as a pastor and seminary professor, and is currently serving as the Co-Pastor of Trinity Christian Church of Suffolk.
